The Turk
Drawing of the Turk, year 1699
Mysterious cling to the enigmatic figure called the Turk, or Mr. Turk. Records have him in Constantinoble in the 17th century, and a german scribe have recorded his visit to Nurnberg in 1676. That would make him around 185 years old at least.
The Turks body looks like the finest cut sheets of wood, carefully assembled to resemble a man. His body creaks mechanically when he moves, and his voice cold and grating. People call him a machine, but more think it a carefully planned ruse.
The fact is that the Turk is one of Londons underworld bosses. His membership in the Kerboros club is clouded in history and appeared in the records more than 100 years ago, to an unknown sponsor, and has since carved out an empire in the underworld of London.
Why he is a member is unclear, some say conflicting interesses but to Turk is a great game. He demands his enterprises are left alone and in return he dabbles only in lesser vices and help root out targets for Kerberan agents.
The Turk loves game, the intricate the better and considers life a huge puzzle to be solved to the best of his abilities and some say that most Kerberans owe him a favor lost in one of The Turks games.

Queen Victoria
Victoria was born in 1819 in Kensington Palace in London. Her name was Alexandrina Victoria. When Princess Victoria was 18 years old her uncle King William died and she became queen. She was crowned at Westminster Abbey in 1838. Victoria married her handsome cousin Albert, a young prince from Prussia (She had proposed to him). Albert didn't speak English very well and lots of people didn't like him much.
An assasination attempt in 1841 almost succeeded. A suspected prussian sniper shot her with an experimental weapon during a parade in Liverpool. Eye witnesses claim the shot hit her in the chest, but unharmed she rose to her feet.
She changed after the experience, some say she became colder and more disconnected to reality. Kerberan agents have tried to discern the truth but only vague clues about an experience in her youth could be the reason for her otherworldly fortitude. She disapeared for 14 days as a 10 year old near Llyn-y-Fan-Fach i Ireland. She was found unharmed at the spot she dissappered and told her nurse maid that the Woman, with hair like summer, sheltered her in a hut surrounded by toadstools. The woman told her she was destined for greatness, that her light shone like a beacon to her people.
Llyn-y-Fan-Fach was in legend one of the places where the barriers to the Otherworld was thin, and the Woman in question could very well be Queen Titania, but this is speculation.

Isambard Brunel
Isambard Brunel was the engineer that managed to create a furnace that burns hot, while being very small, to further the breakthrough of Steam Technology. He disappeared in 1860 from his estate in Chelsea, leaving a wife behind and 2 small children. His company, Isambard Limited, began shortly after building cheap steamwagons, oceanliners, warwagons and steam technology weapons.
When their designs appeared among the weaponry of Prussia their holdings and design were seized by the British government, to protect the empire they said. Soon after The Royal Steam Company emerged with cheap steamtech to the masses, no weapons though.
A small Amerian Company Smith & Robards have had breakthroughs with steamtechnology, using a strange burning agent in the small furnaces, created by Isambard Brunel. Some claim Isambard is the person behind the breakthroughs in Smith and Robards, and he left to protect his life from hardliners on Isambard Limited Boards of Directors.
