Red Deceit
(16/12) 19 Elient 1375- Red Deceit
After resting they are taken to their emperor Malkizid who tells them to travel east for a mile and there they will meet a Red wizard which will take them to to a meeting.
They travel east to a clearing devoid of life. A younger haughty wizard, wearing robes covered in evocation runes, greets them swiftly. He casts a quick spell, sending, and tells the party to expect to be amazed and casts greater teleport.
They find themselves in a forest, birds chirping, wind in the trees. Before them stands a huge greenish humanoid, white wings tells them that the creature is a planetar, one of the angels. Hidden in the undergrowth they see dog like hound archons led by some type of champion. The planetar wields a greatsword with ease and starts talking in a clear and powerful voice: " Lost comrades, Lawbringers, your fall has saddened my bretheren and the gods i speak for (suddenly Wythmord remembers that they have spoken to the angel before when thay has concluded The Demonweb pits campaign) But all is not lost, we are certain that a remnant of good still lingers within you. See the light and remember your former oaths, we are the twin voices of the gods, our names are Zaphael and Naphael and our swords will slay you but we would consider it a great wonder if you chose to return to your former gods"
The Scourge of Madness only have laughter in return and initiative is rolled. The battle is furious, the hound archon paladin is quickly killed by Tealgar Hellbringer and the rest of the hound archons dies by the hand of Wythmords summoned Dread Wraiths. Ixux, Wythmord and Tealgar assults the planater (and his invisible twin remember he said the twin voices ) with deadly spells and suddenly they catch a break, Tealgar, battered and barely alive, manages to kill one of the planetar adversaries ,Naphael, well aided by the tentacles mass that is Harbinger. Harbinger is a terror to behold, a repulsive mass of tentacled flesh slashing away at his enemies with sword and tentacles, shearing of limbs and breaking bone. But the triumph is short as the remaining planetar impales Tealgar and the fiend hits the ground, dying. The planetar Zaphael moves closer and thrusts his greatsword through Tealgars muscled torso penetrating his foul heart killing him outright. The move was almost averded by Ixux but he too was hit by Zaphaels mighty sword. Zaphael is on a rampage and moves closer to Runegar and that gives Wythmord the break he needs. He moves closer to Telagars mangled body an casts revenancer which tempoarily brings back Tealgar, that spells the doom for the remaining planetar Zaphael and he dies screaming!!!!!!!!
The party gained enough experience to take them to level 21 ( epic ) The first time the entire party has become epic!!!!!!!!!!!

(4/1) 19 Elient 1375- The job and Bezantur
The job
After they have looted, Wythmord animates the fallen angels bodies in a mockery of life and a true testament to Thoons undying power. Runegar receives a sending from the emperor Malkizid warning them of the Red Wizards, and they should be expecting deceit. Runegar tells Malkizid that they have been targeted by a coalition of angels and Red wizards, odd but these are desperate times. They are instructed to report back to Malkizid. Once back they are told that certain groups of Red Wizards are disloyal to Szazz Tam and they should be dealt with. Malkizid imparts knowledge into the mind of Runegar. The vision is a bank on a sea or huge lake.
The Scourge of Madness waste no time and teleport right to the spot and turn around and see a fairly big city with grey walls. The are close to a black gate guarded by gnoll warriors which shout in foul common that no one save Red wizards are allowed through the wizards gate. Undeterred the party advances but the certain death of the gnolls is avoided. A smaller door in the gate opens and a woman kneels in front of them, her head is shaven and sporting a myriad of tatoos. She welcomes them to Nahjet in the great realm of Thay. Inside the city Thayan Knights are waiting, saluting their allies from afar. 4 carryable chairs have been provided and slaves will make sure that the dirt will not touch their feet (going as far as lying down in the dirt to act as a human bridge) They are shown through the beautiful city where slave markets and the screams of the downtrodden compliment the exquisite architecture.
They are paraded through the streets and canals that is the roads of the fair city. They come to a large lake with 2 islands, one of them a tower can be seen and the other looks forested. Guarding the tower island stands 49 beatiful carved stonegolems, they resemble fierce thayan knights. They are told it is the army of granite, a host of golems which the Zulkirs can command. They are taken to the forest island where they are told that the island is theirs and the 20 slaves theirs as well. A flat tower houses their homes which have been decorated to suit their style perfectly, but that does not stop Wythmord killing a slave by bashing in his skull with another skull found in his room hehe. Despite the plantlife and beaty of the island no one of the party finds it worthy of destruction, strange as they worship the god of undeath.
Later they hear horns and wait outside, Thayan knights and wizard along with their slaves close with them. They are led by a huge earth elemental. Suddenly the golem warps and an elderly man stand before them. He introduces himself as Druxux Rhynn, Zulkir of Transmutation. He tells them( through a telepathic bond as he fears spies ) that Azner Thrull ,Zulkir of Evocation, and long time enemy of Szass Tam have broken the truce and it was at his bidding they were ambushed. Due to the intricate politics of Thay Druxux Rhynn does not dare attack Azner Thrull but that does not stop him from offering the assignment to the party. Having suffered the deceit of Azner Thrulls minions they off corse accept. Thet are gieving description of a safe house in Azner Thrulls city of Bezantur, an inn called the Slain Sahuagin.
They disguise themselves and teleport to Bezantur.

Bezantur
They look out at the city and are stunned by its foulness. The stench of offal, unwashed humanoids and carrion is everywhere and the city can best be described as a mound of trash poures into the shape of a city. It is vast, almost the size of mighty Waterdeep, but lacks its beauty. They decide to search for Azner Thrull and split up in two teams. One goes south and another goes east. They exit the half flooded inn and start the search. Despite my many attempts at luring them closer to buildings to better investigate they somehow manage to pass several opportunities to learn more but finally Team B Wythmord and Harbinger comes to a Clothing store, opulent and rich looking. They have entered a merchant district and by the look of the store it must cater to the wealthy of Bezantur and seems a good place to start.
They stand in line and await the owner. When it is their turn they meet Adzul the owner. Harbinger presents himself as the servant of Aznar Thrull and they are to pick up the "present" Adzul semms confused and tells them that it has been 3 ten-days since the gorgon hide breeches were delivered to Azner Thrull. They manage to learn that the breeches were delivered to a different address than usual, the Canos estate, but fail to bribe the rich merchant. They leave but outside Wythmord turns himself invisible and Harbinger goes ethereal and re-enters the house. Harbinger sees Adzul grapping a slave and ordering him to fetch a messenger. Wythmord sees a slave exiting the house and returning 10 minutes later with a young athletic man. They enter the house and Wythmord does as well, stealthily. Adzul, tailor of the rich, has written a letter and a pouch of coins which he gives the messenger. The messenger turns to leave when suddenly a large undead creature of evil blackness emerges, summoned by Wythmord. But the dread wraith rolls a natural 1 and misses hehe. Next round the creature does not fail and the messenger is disabled by its unholy touch. Wythmord staggers closer and bashes in the skull of a house slave. Harbinger, not having planned this event, decide to act before alarms can be raised. He attacks the 10th level expert tailor Adzul, and to the man credit he survives 2 blows but is tripped and skewered to the floor by Harbingers blade well yes dead. The other slave and the messenger quickly dies when they hear an aging voice from upstairs:" Adzul my love what is the noize, please come to bed"
The part is still level 21 (24 with level adjustments)

(11/1 and 18/1) 19 Elient 1375- The Canos Estate, Battle at the roof and scheeming
The Canos Estate
The party have heard a voice from upstairs and Harbingers ethereally moves through the building. He comes to a bedroom with an elderly frightened woman holding a knife and hiding behind a blanket. A childs bed stands beside her. Suddenly Harbinger sees a snake tail from the bed, and moves closer!!!! in the small bed lies a half-fiend baby with snaketail and serrated teeth. It smiles when he knocks the woman unconsious with the hilt of his sword. Wythmord enters the room and they decide to kill the witnesses including the child, evil evil!!!!! Suddenly they hear a knock on the door and a man shouting" Adzul, Adzul do not dare to let a servant of the master summoner Khundrom Voolt wait" Wythmord opens the door and apoligizes and lures the man inside. Then they jump him and he also falls unconsious to the floor. they pour healing into the man and restrain him. They learn that his masters bloodline allways have been poluted by the blood of fiends and the dead halffiend upstairs is the spawn of such an unholy union. They think nothing of the speech and kill the man and exit the building..
They regroup with tealgar who has gone in another direction with Runegar. They after some minor trouble find themselves in the finer district of Bezantur. They encounter 2 deceiving guards in front of a Gargauth temple, one allways lies and the other tells the truth, it was actually very funny as the constantly had to roll sense motive check but they learn that the canos estate is the next building. they exit the area and Telagar scouts the Canos estate. It is a huge compond with a central building and some 10 visible guards. It has a flat roof and they decide to meet at the roof.
They regroup with tealgar who has gone in another direction with Runegar. They after some minor trouble find themselves in the finer district of Bezantur. Battle on the roof
Once up Harbinger decide to scout the building but he cannot penetrate the roof, it is somehow warded against his etherealness and he seeks the lower floor and enters a window. A captain sits there writing on a parchment, he recognizes it as infernal??? The captains suddenly looks straight at him, he can see ethereal creatures!!! Harbinger flees to the roof and warns his friends when suddenly they hear a terrible roar and the sound of splintering glass. A impossible fat pink fiend with sharklike teeth and small batwings flies into view. He roars at the foolish mortals (they are disguised hehe) and initiative is rolled. Wythmord casts a few protective spells and Harbinger moves away from the rest of the party not wanting to get caught in some foul blast. The Paerilion devil summons a globe of fire which he throws at Wythmord, meteor swarm, but both he and Tealgar is relatively unscathed and Wythmord has energy immunity and Tealgar is a fiend. Then the fiend quickly fires a black ray at Tealgar who is drained 6 levels (crit), auch!!!! Telgar decide to charge the fiend but is suddenly stopped by the creatures antilife spell hehe.
Wythmord heals Tealgar and returns his levels and Harbinger tries to use telekinises at the fiend but it is too powerful and it fails. The fiend lashes at the party with cha draining claws and quickened enevations but the party is resistant to its attacks and it senses deception and succeeds in looking through their disguises , and terror is visible on its face, it has seen their true horrific appearence. Harbinger suddenly senses a humanoid over their heads, invisible and flying.
Wythmord throws the spell downdraft at the fiend and luckily it tumbles to the ground below, hitting it with great force. Then the concealed mage shouts in an anienc and broken voice "intruders die, die" and a cone of sonic energy erupts from his invisible fingertips. The blast of energy sends Tealgar flying through the air, luckely he has wings and avoids a fall to the ground. Harbinger managed to telekinetically send one of the junior magelings down to the roof, he also dies in the blast of energy killed by his own scheeming master.
The battle turns in the next round!!!! The blast that hit Wythmord returns and targets the same area(repeat spell) and having suffered greatly Wythmord immidiately manages to cast delay death, and good on him as he is rewarded with a ton of damage and a is sent flying to the streets below (-34 damage). The Paerilyon devil also returns to the scene flapping small wings and sends a enervation spell at Telagr but his Spell resistance avoids the draining spell.
The session was ended and this is the follow up to the cliffhanger. Harbinger/andre cowardly decided to avoid the session as he was a frais to die (ski-trip hehe) but Runegar was able to return and perhaps save the day:
Runegar acted first and threw timestop boosting his defense and even dimension doored twicw to see where Wythmord landed hehe. He also called into existance an earth elemental monolith, powerful and regal in its might.
But before it could act Runegar was hammered by the remaining junior wizard and lost control of it sending it back to its home plane. It was not Rungers night as his displacemant was useless in the beginning of his return hehe. The party was pressed, Wythmord almost dead and the party being hammered by spell from 3 different sources!!! They decide to flee but this too is averded by the spellcasters, each time hindering their escape. The battle eventually brings them to the city streets where frightened city guards have are killed by meteor swarms and fireballs. It all boils down to a climactic moment: Runegar has to cast greater teleport, he has just avoided a meteor swarm with his displacemant spell and the Paerilyon devil has readied an Dispel magic greater and has to roll a 13 to dispel Runegars magic....... he rolls a 11 and the party flees to the safety of Nathjet and their island given to them by the Zulkir Druxus Rhynn. Lucky basterds!!!!!!!!!!!

Scheming
Back in Nahjet they regroup and heal up, actually considering to return to the rooftop but decide to rest up. Suddenly Tealgar receives a sending from the servitor devil, the Paerylion who had seen through their disguises. It tells him that his master seeks an audience. He has figured out that the party serves Thoon and that is something that interests him. They are baffled, it is the same wizard who have just beaten the crap out of the party but still he seeks diplomatic solutions. They agree on a secluded place in a Thayan forest and decide to wait another day, and have agreed that only one will be sent from the party and the wizard will also only send one.
Next midnight in a clearing in a deep forest Runegar meets up with the Paerilyon Devil and it greets him cortly. It says that his master, the aging wizard Rull Canos has had enough of the zulkir Azner Thrull. the zulkir treats him as a lapdog even going as far as having clothes delivered to Rull Canos who then must take it to Azner Thrull. The party is in telepathic connection and can hence converse with the devil. Suddenly Wythmord sees the deception and ask who would be next in line as Zulkir. The devil smiles and tells them that a "suitable" candidate must be chosen i.e his own master Rull Canos. They agree on giving, if the assasination succeed, Rull Canos name to their superior and let him know it was his doing they achieved success. They are told that Azner Thrull has hidden himself an unknown place but a teleportation circle in a stronghold in Bezantur will take they there. They are also told the password to the teleportation circle. They leave ready to slay a zulkir...
The session lasted 6 hours, 2 different days and the party is still level 21 (24 with level adjustments)

Runegar is 8 wizard/ 1 fighter/5 runesmith/2 Archmage/5 abjurant Champion , and shield dwarf lich
Next midnight in a clearing in a deep forest Runegar meets up with the Paerilyon Devil and it greets him cortly. It says that his master, the aging wizard Rull Canos has had enough of the zulkir Azner Thrull. the zulkir treats him as a lapdog even going as far as having clothes delivered to Rull Canos who then must take it to Azner Thrull. The party is in telepathic connection and can hence converse with the devil. Suddenly Wythmord sees the deception and ask who would be next in line as Zulkir. The devil smiles and tells them that a "suitable" candidate must be chosen i.e his own master Rull Canos. They agree on giving, if the assasination succeed, Rull Canos name to their superior and let him know it was his doing they achieved success. They are told that Azner Thrull has hidden himself an unknown place but a teleportation circle in a stronghold in Bezantur will take they there. They are also told the password to the teleportation circle. They leave ready to slay a zulkir...
The session lasted 6 hours, 2 different days and the party is still level 21 (24 with level adjustments)

(25/1) 20 Elient 1375- The Cunning plan and Enlisted
The Cunning plan
First of all i would like to thank my players for the session, it was one of the most entertaining and funny sessions ever, as none of it was planned. They took a completely different course than i anticipated and we all had to wing it but it worked perfectly and was fun fun fun!!!!
The Scourge of madness having negotiated with the red wizard Rull Canos have learned the password to the teleportation cicle inside the central citadel that will take them to the hidden enclave of their target Aznar Thrull.
They teleported back to the dive of an inn they arrived at the first time they entered Bezantur. Harbinger decided to gather information about the citadel and several hours later he returns to the inn with info. The caverns beneath the citadel compound was riddled with caves and they were filled with the tribes of orcs, goblins and ogres loyal to Aznar Thrull. The central citadel was small and should be heavily guarded.
After much debate they took decided to incite a riot among the tribes beneath the citadel( this was completely a different course than i had anticipated) They sent Harbinger out in the city to learn of the tribes beneath the compound. He returns with great news. Among the many different tribes they focus on the flesh tearer tribe of ogres, feared for their ferocity and their lack of respect for authority. They are perfect for the rebellion!!!! They decide to disguise themselves as orcs ( None of them can actually speak orc hehe but that dawned on the them much later hehe). They rest while the undead dwarf lich Runegar decide to go to the slave market to buy an orc.
At the market he finds a fat slaver and engage in a bargain. He went for a orc but somehow finds himself buying an orc, a young girl and an elderly crone hehe (the slave is certain Runegar is buying whores for his whorehouse). Once back at the inn the rest of the party awake and start something down right freaky: Tealgar rapes the elderly crone (He has decide to infect the world with his unholy spawn, someday they will number in the thousends hehe) and the young girl seeks solace in the arms of Harbinger (whose terrible plans for the girl is interruptet by Runegar) Runegar asks Telagar to beat the orc to death which is easy for the clawed half-fiend, then Runegar eats the orcs flesh and casts a terrible spell, Consume likeliness which allows him as an at will action to take the shape of the orc. The spell is permanent!!!!! but he resumes his disguised dwarf form when he takes damage. Runegar then teleports the raped crone and the young girl back to their island in Nahjet and tells them to act as his servants.
Once back they rest and disguise Tealgar and Harbinger as orcs.

Enlisted
They close the distance to the central citadel and soon see the dark wall littered with cages and impaled corpses. A female officers stand guard with a cadre of orcs. Runegar has cast toungues on the party, giving them 3,5 hours of orcish tongue hehe. They introduce themselves a orcish mercanaries, and wants to enlist in the glorious army. The oficer quizzes them about their formor tribe and homeland. Harbinger and Tealgar are the born liers but Runger only growls as he does not have the right skills to lie proberly hehe. They succeed in their lies and the officer tells her servant orcs to take them to the lifecrusher tribe, if they can survive among them they can are worhy.
They are taken beyond the great gate and taken to a huge sinkhole. A 100 ft ladder is placed within the hole and they start their descend. Goblins that have taken refuge on the walls throw small rocks and feces at them, and crossbowers shoot bolts along the ladder to frighten possible troublemakers below. As the come to the bottom they see dead orcs, those who was not fast enough to get out of the way when the crossbowers unleashed their deadly payload.
The "orcs" of the Scourge of Madness find themselves surrounded by orc taunting them, one in particular threatens them. Tealgar decide that he has had enough and enters combat with the huge greenskin. Smash!!!! the orc is sent flying through the air by Tealgars impossible hard punch, cracking bone, removing muscle... A human officer makes his way through the masses. He ask to which tribe they are assigned but when they tell him that it is the Life crushers he offers them a lot of other tribes to choose from, also the nose crushers from which Tealgar knocked one orc unconsious. They decline, grunting that they want the Lifecrushers and are taken through a myriad of caves and come to another sinkhole. Again a ladder will take them down. The human officer shouts down: "Pale ones, fresh meat" and they begin their descend. Suddenly they hear growling laughter from above and the ladder rocks and is suddenly suspended in midair, balance checks!!! Telagar and Runegar falls to the ground with minor damage. In a small cave stands 3 repulsive orcs, their noses have been cut off and flesh have been removed from their faces and arms revealing infected muscle and tendons. They look surprised but that soon turns to pure rage as Runegar, having suffered damage has returned to his disguised dwarf-form, and orcs hate orcs!!!! Initiave is rolled but Harbinger succeeded in the balance roll and is still suspended on the ladder, balancing in midair!!!
The battle is quickly over, Tealgar tares into two of the orcs sending their mangled corpses flying to the ground. Runegar blast another with rays of pure flame, killing the orc. Harbinger lets himself fall to the cave floor below when a huge greenskin enters the room. His face has more visible bone than skin and his arm are corded raw muscle, no skin what so ever. He wields a terrible greataxe and shouts curses in the forul orc tongue.
Runegar assults the leader orcs mind with a demand spell, soggesting that it was the Nose breaker tribe above which killed the orcs in the room and they should join in battle against them. The leader fails his save and shout to the other orcs that they are not to engage the party. He says that the suggestion is acceptable and they should join the rest of the tribe to plot the destruction of the Nose breakers. Runegars spell was succesful but the orc almost silently grunts to party to kill the others, they have seen Runegars "dwarfform" and are not as understandable as he. They quickly kill the other orcs!!! They are taken through winding corridors to the rest of the tribe. Runegar has off course resumed his orc shape. After the tale about the foul Nose Breakers above they are greeted with grunts of acceptance and war howls, they are accepted into the tribe but an elderly shaman throws a knife to the leader and they have been presented with the initiation task of the tribe: To sacrifice their noses!!!!!!
The session lasted 3 hours, and the extremely fun evening resulted in lots of Xp and the party is still level 21 (24 with level adjustments)

(15/2) 21 Elient 1375- The prophecy and battle through the orc caves
The prophecy
The party begins their comsumption of the Lifecrusher tribe by cutting off their own noses, Tealgar and Harbinger even goes as far as really cutting of their noses to better appease the tribes shaman. The inniation ritual goes as planned, almost!!! Wythmord is undead and his attempts to deceive the orcs by cutting off his fake nose does not go well but the party intimidates their way through the orc tribe and are shown to the chiefs cave. They plan and decide to attack the Nose breaker tribe of orcs next day. They enter a cave filled with females and starts fornicating, especially Tealgar loves it, he is half fiend and his loins have a 100% success rate when it comes to conceiving a child. He enters the love dance with 2 orc sisters, battling and humping at the same time.
Unknowingly to the Party the orcs have many generations ago been ruled by a dreadful lich hence their name and weird scaring rituals. The lich always returned after being slain exept the last time but the tribes shaman foretold a day when he would return and rule them once again. It has been many generations but the shamans of the tribe still believes the prophecy and especially one shaman has seen the prophecy come true.
The current shaman has seen the mummy Wythmord as he really is, natural 20, and is certain that wythmord is the old master who has returned but also thinks that Wythmord is testing them by this charade of deceptions.
He watches Wythmord from afar. Wythmord does not eat, does not seem to breathe and certainly does not desire the company of the orcish females, he must be the promised one. The shaman tries to tell the king of the tribe but he is stopped by Wythmord who must have seen his efforts. As a last resort the shaman seeks out Wythmord in the female orcs cave and throws himself on the ground pledging his alligiance to his master returned, but the master is not satisfied he refuses to speak in the orcish tongue and instead he actually speaks in the languege favored by his old master Abyssal and luckily he has learned the toungue of the foul plane and can cummunicate with his old returned master!!
Wythmord is baffled, first he suspects the shaman of treachery and then he throws himself at his feet shouting something to the tribe in orcish, and the tribe closes fast howling and roaring. Should he kill the blasted shaman or see what happens. He decide to wait and it pays of. The shaman tells him of the prophecy and Wythmord is only glad to assume leadership of the tribe of death worshipping orcs and the orc tribe responds with vigorous howls. The party decide to act immidiately and leads the orcs through their cave seeking to kill their way through the caves to emerge and conquer the surface world!!!!!

Battle through the orc caves
We quickly created a fast paced system of mass battles where the party level and a d20 would be their rating roll and each rating roll would spell the death of 50 orcs, and if they were lucky to win 3 times the other orc tribe would be subjugated and enlisted in their amy. Another factor was coolness, if the partymembers comes up with something cool they were awarded a bonus to the roll.
First they encountered the Shield breaker tribe and the battle was over almost before is started, the Lifecrushers were victorious and enrolled the Shield Breaker orcs in their amy. Wythmord added a cool bonus by raising the slain orcs an skeleton boosting their army numbers.
Then they met the Green Bruiser ors led by a lich shaman and the Green Bruisers were specialized in bows and hit and run tactics but again the coolness bonusses paid of as they slew the leader of the enemy tribe and enlisted the Green Bruisers to their army. They started with 200 orcs but soon had 350 orcs and undead troops.
The last orc cave was immense and so was the resistance 500 Nose Breaker orcs led by experienced officers and a general of the Thayan Army. Soon 50 trolls joined the partys army as Harbinger had moved into the caves below to gather support.
The battle was fun fun fun and the creativity to gain coolnes-bonusses was high from the party.But the Thayans on the surface was alerted and each round the lost a rating roll they saw red wizards flying to the aid of the Nose Breakers. Hundreds of orcs lost their lives in the caves and the rolls was tense as was the battle. Tealgar even charged through the heat of the battle to attack the General and his demon ally. They eventually won and their army was not numbering close to 1000 orcs, undead and trolls.
Then i described the counter attack by the Thayans and made certain they understood that is was a battle they could not win but they had achieved what they wanted. The best diversions seen to man!!!!

(22/2) 21 Elient 1375- Diversion and Azner Thrull
Diversion
party in their new Red Wizard diguises have teleported to the surface where the bustling activity of soldiers, wizards and their allies ammuse them. After all it was them that created the diversion that has the city turned upside down. They bluff their way through the guards who are confused by the entire spectacle and does not know what exactly is going on. They enter the central citadel where the teleportation circle to Azner Thrulls secret lair should be. As they enter they see 12 heavily armored ogres moving out and a company of Thayan Knights leaves the citadel as well, another threat avoided by their clever diversion (it took 2 sessions and should be rewarded accordingly)
Soon the find themselves outside the room where the circle should be located. A single Red Wizard and a Thayan Knight stands guard. The pair is confused and the party intimidates their way through the door and stand before a silver circle. They speak the password given to them by Rull Canos and are teleported to an unknown destination.

Azner Thrull
They find themselves in a square room, 2 stone golem react with the turning of their heads sending dust to the floor as stone grates on stone. They speak a second command word and the guards stand back.
They open a pompous door and find themselves in a throne room, opulent with coloured columns, a white marble floor and a crooked throne of pure silver. They search around but find nothing when suddenly a hidden door opens. A Younger man holding a book emerges and is startled by the party. They demand to see Aznar Thrull but even with their high skills the man is too frightened of his master to find him but reluctantly agree to find Khalzhuk, his masters aide.
Suddenly they hear hoofed feets, and huge feet at that as they hear them before they see him. And when they do they see a terrible creature. Huge with skin the colour of Blood and broken antler with severed human heads on it. It wields a serrated greatsword in the shape of a Roman Gladius, Runegar recognizes the creature a Death Drinker Demon. It roars and demands why it has been summoned by the petty human wizard. They engage in a discussion and eventually convinces it to fetch its master, their target Azner Thrull when they claim they have news of a traitor in their midst. Minutes pass and a crooked old man emerges, body aging but steely eyes. He plays the role of an elderly infirm man but they know better. Azner Thrull is unique, both Zulkir and Thrachion and that demands a man of serious power. He sits comfortably on the silver throne and starts complaining of back aches but the party is not easily duped. They start a lenghtly discussion even convincing the Zulkir that one of his appretices is a traitor. the "Traitor" is executed by The Death Drinker demon Khalzhuk hehe. Suddenly Tealgar rolls a natural 1 on a bluff check!!! It is a small topic but the Zulkir have not claimed the role of Zulkir by being stupid. He talks to Tealgar in Mulan, the hereditary language of the Red Wizards. Tealgar knows he has been seen throug and retorts in common" We are here to slay you" initiative is rolled.
The battle was quickly over, the beleagured party was sorely pressed by heavy hitting damage spells when Runegar managed to shred away Aznar Thrulls spell defenses with a Modenkainens Disjunction and banish the Death Drinker demon with a banishment spell. The group quickly swarmed the wizard and slew him. They teleported away to Nahjet and the safety of their island.
Once there they meet up with Druxux Rhynn who is surprised to see them alive but grateful for the dark deep they have done on the behalf of the Red Wizards. He then teleports away to his master Szass Tam and vid them wait for him.
Ten minutes later he returns with thanks from the great lich Szazz Tam. They now have available the master crafter Gell Burr and his crafters who will help in their quest for more powerful magical items. Luckely Runegar receives a sending that they are to remain in Nahjet until summoned back to Malkizid their emperor.
The session lasted 3 hours an the party have concluded this chapter and gained a level, they are now level 22

Suddenly they hear hoofed feets, and huge feet at that as they hear them before they see him. And when they do they see a terrible creature. Huge with skin the colour of Blood and broken antler with severed human heads on it. It wields a serrated greatsword in the shape of a Roman Gladius, Runegar recognizes the creature a Death Drinker Demon. It roars and demands why it has been summoned by the petty human wizard. They engage in a discussion and eventually convinces it to fetch its master, their target Azner Thrull when they claim they have news of a traitor in their midst. Minutes pass and a crooked old man emerges, body aging but steely eyes. He plays the role of an elderly infirm man but they know better. Azner Thrull is unique, both Zulkir and Thrachion and that demands a man of serious power. He sits comfortably on the silver throne and starts complaining of back aches but the party is not easily duped. They start a lenghtly discussion even convincing the Zulkir that one of his appretices is a traitor. the "Traitor" is executed by The Death Drinker demon Khalzhuk hehe. Suddenly Tealgar rolls a natural 1 on a bluff check!!! It is a small topic but the Zulkir have not claimed the role of Zulkir by being stupid. He talks to Tealgar in Mulan, the hereditary language of the Red Wizards. Tealgar knows he has been seen throug and retorts in common" We are here to slay you" initiative is rolled.
The battle was quickly over, the beleagured party was sorely pressed by heavy hitting damage spells when Runegar managed to shred away Aznar Thrulls spell defenses with a Modenkainens Disjunction and banish the Death Drinker demon with a banishment spell. The group quickly swarmed the wizard and slew him. They teleported away to Nahjet and the safety of their island.
Once there they meet up with Druxux Rhynn who is surprised to see them alive but grateful for the dark deep they have done on the behalf of the Red Wizards. He then teleports away to his master Szass Tam and vid them wait for him.
Ten minutes later he returns with thanks from the great lich Szazz Tam. They now have available the master crafter Gell Burr and his crafters who will help in their quest for more powerful magical items. Luckely Runegar receives a sending that they are to remain in Nahjet until summoned back to Malkizid their emperor.
The session lasted 3 hours an the party have concluded this chapter and gained a level, they are now level 22
